Phillip Hsu
Founder
Phillip Hsu is a US Certified Public Accountant and a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in tax, bookkeeping, and business development. He has a consistent track record of increasing shareholder value across various stages of company development by ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and enhancing profitability through effective business strategies.
Before founding Stratys Consulting, Phillip held a leadership role at a private equity firm, where he led global restructuring, M&A activities, and the resolution of complex tax audits. His extensive experience also includes tenures at top accounting consultancies Arthur Andersen, Deloitte & Touché, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Phillip holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
